Curious Breath Workshop: A Journey Inward | Des Moines

Join Val R. for a powerful 75-minute guided breathwork experience designed to awaken your body, release emotional blocks, and restore inner peace. Through intentional breathing, gentle movement, and deep rest, you will reconnect with your nervous system, release "stuck" energy, and return to a grounded present state. Please bring a journal, breath, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
